Discover a unique blend of mindfulness, movement, and self-reflection with our **Yoga & Journaling Program** at the Monroeville Public Library! Join us every **2nd Saturday of the month** for a rejuvenating session that combines the calming practice of yoga with the reflective art of journaling.

**What to Expect:**

  • **Gentle Yoga Practice**: Stretch, relax, and breathe your way through a beginner-friendly yoga session, led by an experienced instructor. No previous yoga experience required!
  • **Journaling & Reflection**: After yoga, enjoy quiet journaling time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and insights. Prompts will be provided to guide your self-reflection and creative expression.
  • **Mindful Community**: Connect with others in a supportive, relaxing environment. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a first-time journaler, this program is designed for all levels of experience.

- Adults and teens (ages 14+)

**When?**
- Every **2nd Saturday of the month**  
- **Time**: 11:00am-12:00pm  
(Please bring your own yoga mat and journal!)
