MONROEVILLE Public Library Monthly Newsletter We are well underway on our concrete project! As a reminder, the driveway and back parking lot will be closed off starting May 30th through June 10th unless weather delays occur! Please park on the street and enter at the front only during this time! Summer Reading Program kicks off on Tuesday June 6th for our 1st graders through 12 year old's. Friday June 9th for our Kindergarteners and under! Each groups program will begin at 11:00 and end by 12:00. We are excited to be offering an array of children's programs starting this month and continuing through the summer. Please check the website calendar and back of this page for more details! Summer Reading Program: Tuesdays 11a.m. Starting June 6th current 1st graders through 12 year old's, join us for activities each week related to different friendship themes! In Stitches with Kate: Tuesdays 4-6 Come and join us for an hour of pure bliss working on your chosen needlework project! If you have always wanted to learn to knit, Kate will be on hand to help with basic stitches! All are welcome! Book Club: Tuesday, June 27th 67pm Enjoy an hour of discussion on this months book. The Friends help sponsor programs and provide funding for a wide range of activities and materials. Did you know we have a Friends group for our library? Attend our meeting on the first Thursday of every Month @4pm. It is completely free to be part of our group! All ages are welcome to attend and join! How do you become a Friend of the Library?
